Men´s Ministry




Honor Bound Men's Ministry - is a growing, dynamic ministry for men of all ages.

Honor Bound is a all-encompassing Program designed by the Assemblies of God, patterned to follow up on the Promise Keeper Catalyst; that builds, encourages, strengthens, trains, and disciples men in the manner and love of Jesus Christ.

Men's ministry is just part of the Honor Bound umbrella, and some of the activities of the group are:

• Casual gatherings for fellowship and prayer
• Training/Coaching for our daily lives
• Support and encouragement of one-another
• Group outings and events
• Sponsored events for the family

Men and Their Faith

• 42% of Men report reading the Bible in the past week. (2006)
• 44% of Men attend church on a given Sunday. (2006)
• 21% of Men attend a Sunday school class at church. 20% participate in a small group. (2006)
• In general, 79% of Men reporting that they have prayed in the past week. (2006)

• 41% of Men consider themselves born again and have accepted Christ as their savior. (2006)
• Men are 45% of the adult born again population. (2006)
• 41% of Men believe that the Bible is totally accurate in all of its teachings. (2006)
• 64% of Men believe that God is the all-powerful, all-knowing, perfect creator that rules the world today. (2006)
• 64% of Men say that their faith is very important to them. (2006)

• 55% of Men say that "deeply spiritual" describes them accurately. (2006)
