Pastor Aaron Bernabe, Senior Pastor

Pastor Aaron has been serving as our senior pastor at First Assembly of God O’Fallon since November 2004.Under Pastor Aaron’s leadership we have revitalized and updated most of our building and all of our ministries to meet the challenges that face 21st century Christians.

Pastor Aaron’s vision for ministry is to teach and train all Christians to live a supernatural lifestyle where they model Jesus’ example every place they go with a demonstration of Holy Spirits power (Miracles) followed by the good news of the Kingdom of God! This vision was formed out several years of seeking God through prayer. As with all supernatural moves of God the church and pastoral leadership has paid a very high personal price for the privilege of carrying this vision. We are just starting to see the results of this vision come to pass! The results of this vision has changed the culture in our church, all of the leadership at First Assembly O’Fallon is working in a spirit of unity, and out of this unity we have cultivated an environment that values the presence of the Holy Spirit and values honor towards one another, and because of this changed environment, in the last two years we have seen an explosion of supernatural healing miracles!

Fun facts about our Senior Pastor:

• He is married to his best friend Marsha and they have 2 children.

• He loves to collect 49cc vintage mopeds and enjoys riding them with church family.

• He collects watches.

• He can’t stand the color yellow

• His favorite food is Imos sausage and pepperoni pizza.

Pastor Bill Talley, Youth Ministry

Pastor Bill, his wife Sadie and their 2 children, began attending First Assembly in early 2009. Prior to that Pastor Bill served as Youth Pastor for 5 years at another Assembly Of God Church. In July 2009, Pastor Bill was asked by the Pastor and Board to revamp and update the Youth Ministry to what is now called S.W.A.T. (Serve, Witness, And Testify) Student Ministries. Our mission is to reach every youth in the O'Fallon area that is in need of spiritual guidance. S.W.A.T. Student Ministries is outreach minded and is encouraged to express Random Acts Of Kindness within the community to display the love of GOD.

• Pastor Bill is a Professional Wrestler who has wrestled around the world.

• His favorite food is burgers and fries.

• He loves riding his scooter with The Holy Rollers Moped Ministry.

• Pastor Bills favorite football team is The Arizona Cardinals.

Pastor DeWayne Adams, Children’s Ministry/JAM Men’s Ministry/Image Ministries

Pastor DeWayne has been serving as our children’s pastor since 2007. Pastor DeWayne through his God given creative abilities has transformed our church building to be kid friendly. Pastor DeWayne has transitioned our children’s ministry from a tradition model to a relevant cutting edge ministry that has evolved to become know as “God’s Swamp“. God’s Swamp has evolved even further with the development of the Swamp Store, and the Swamp Bank and Swamp Café!

Pastor DeWayne’s vision for ministry is to teach our children to worship God with freedom and passion. He is teaching our children to value the presence of God and to understand their identity as children of God and to be active in Kingdom business by actively laying hands on the sick and seeing the sick recover. (see Mark 16: 17-20)Since coming to our church in 2007 Pastor DeWayne’s duties have expanded. Pastor DeWayne leads our JAM Men’s Ministry.

• He is married to Kim and they are blessed with 3 grown children and 3 beautiful grand children.

• He is a very creative artist and enjoys painting and music.

• He can cook an incredible breakfast.

• He can’t stand unused umbrellas.

• His favorite food is anything Mexican.
